We highly recommend asking sellers directly about their in-stock availability and any other item inquiries in order to avoid placing your order while an item is sold out. Your order can NOT be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once it has been confirmed.

Once your order has been placed our sellers (Personal Shoppers) will purchase your items for you in brand-new condition and prepare them to be shipped to you.

Our sellers ship your items directly to you. Since we have sellers and buyers all over the world, the seller may contact you directly to obtain the correct shipping address and ensure your items ship correctly. Sellers may also offer gift wrapping, so make sure to let them know if you would like to receive them as a gift.

The seller has 18 days from the order date to secure your ordered item and ship it out to you. The delivery period may vary depending on the shipping carrier, you may want to contact the seller if you wish to receive your items faster. If you don’t receive shipping notification within 18 days, please contact BUYMA Member Support from contact form.
*Special / Custom orders mostly take more than 18 days to ship out.
